At Living Well Family Services CIC, our vision is to help children and parents live as well as they can — and thrive, even in difficult circumstances.

We understand the impact of trauma and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), and we work alongside families and communities to provide safe, nurturing, and effective support.

  • Individual and group play therapy sessions,

  • Creative arts counselling.

  • Parent support groups,

  • PCAP (Parent and Child Attachment Play) programme.


🤝 Schools & Organisations

  • Parent support groups,

  • Lunchtime therapeutic interventions,

  • Training on various topics including creative and therapeutic interventions with children, understanding children’s behaviour.

  • Consultations and support for children’s leaders,

  • Training on various topics relating to emotional regulation, managing challenging behaviour, trauma-informed practice.
